Genetron® 407C (R-407C) is a non-ozone-depleting HFC refrigerant blend developed by Honeywell as a long-term replacement for HCFC-22 (R-22) in commercial, residential, and light industrial air conditioning systems. It is ideal for new equipment and retrofit applications, but is not recommended for flooded evaporator chillers due to its high glide characteristics.
